Sam is accountable for the overall strategic direction of ICS Diagnostics, including the
operational and financial performance. He specialises in healthcare diagnostics and until
2017 worked for ICS Group within its Maxxima brand. Sam specialises in the use of
technology to support diagnostics and the wider healthcare industry across the UK. This
focus, together with an acute awareness of the staffing shortages prevalent across the UK’s
diagnostics sector, led to him spearheading the creation and development of
Head of Service Delivery
As Head of Service Delivery, Dom oversees the planning, direction and co-ordination of all day to-day-operations, including managing innovation as an integral business process. A positive and innovative operational manager, with considerable experience and proven accomplishment within telemedicine, Dom has an extensive track record of growing, coaching and maturing successful operational teams within the service sector. Dom ensures ICS Diagnostics provides a smooth, efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of current and potential clients.
Operations Manager and CQC Registered Manager
Raechelle is accountable for the planning, direction and co-ordination of all day-to-day operations.
She brings with her over 12 years’ experience as Registered Manager for Care Quality Commission
across a range of health care organisations, as such she is best placed to ensure that all regulations
and fundamental standards are met for ICS Diagnostics. Raechelle is the Registered Manager for the
She works closely with her colleagues in the clinical, governance, technical, business development
and operations teams to ensure ICS Diagnostics is fully compliant and that targets and deadlines are
met. Raechelle has over 20 years’ experience working across the public and private healthcare sector
as a regional operations manager, clinic business manager, clinic manager, senior nurse and staff
nurse, and has been a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered manager for many years. Prior to
joining ICS Diagnostics, Raechelle spent over three years working as regional operations manager for
Inhealth Group, an independent provider of diagnostic solutions across the UK for NHS trusts, CCGs
and independent healthcare providers.
Lead Cardiac Physiologist
André started working as an all-rounder Cardiac Physiologist in 2007 at a major NHS trust in North London, and after 6 years started focusing on echocardiography and its different fields: transthoracic, transoesophageal and stress/pharmacological induced. He is European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI) certified, having worked for many different trusts and clinics in the U.K. and Portugal. Before joining ICS Diagnostics, André was involved in the setting up of a cardiology diagnostics company, developing commercial industry experience to go with his clinical skillset.
André’s main objective at ICS Diagnostics is to act as the Lead Cardiac Physiologist for the business, providing clinical and technical leadership and guidance for ICS customers and staff.
ICS Group Clinical Director and Nominated Individual
Karen is the ICS Diagnostics governance lead and provides support to our registered manager. She has been ICS Group Clinical Director since March 2010, responsible for governance, risk management, quality, innovation and policy. She is also the Group’s Caldicott Guardian and has a wealth of experience in crisis management, serious case investigation and clinical risk management. Karen has 39 years’ experience in acute and primary healthcare in the Royal Navy, NHS and private sector for both commissioner and provider organisations. In addition to her ICS Group role she is Vice President for the Association of Perioperative practice, sat on the European board for theatre nurses as the UK representative setting standards across Europe and was an investigator for CIPOLD for premature deaths in LD 2010 -2013.
Recruitment and Resourcing Manager
Vilma leads the recruitment and resourcing functions of the business, ensuring we have the staff where we need them, when we need them. She oversees the on-boarding of all new clinical staff into the business, ensuring all necessary compliance standards are met. Prior to working for ICS Diagnostics, Vilma worked for Pulse Nursing at Home, as a Recruitment Consultant helping the coordination of care packages in the community.
Clinical Partnerships Manager
As Clinical Partnerships Manager, Michelle is responsible for developing, supporting and
implementing business development strategy. She has commercial as well as account
management responsibility for existing customers, working closely with them to ensure
Customer satisfaction is at its highest levels.
Michelle aims to lead and develop secure partnerships so that ICS Diagnostics is flexible in
the delivery of our services and can seamlessly develop bespoke Customer solutions.
Michelle has a strong clinical background within various disciplines across the public and
private sector, therefore has a thorough understanding of key internal operational challenges
which make it necessary to adopt a tailored approach to each partnership.
Divisional Finance Director
Hish is responsible for the management of the financial and management accounting functions as
well as the transactional accounts payable and receivable functions. Hish has 15 years of experience
specialising in recruitment finance.
Sales and Partnerships Co-ordinator
As Sales and Partnerships Co-ordinator, Olivia is responsible for supporting the wider business development and partnership functions of the business, working closely with new and existing customers to ensure our services meet their requirements. Olivia also supports wider service development and marketing activities, working across departments to support various ongoing projects.
Khalida is responsible for supporting workforce scheduling, staff rotas, payroll, as well as all company-wide operational activity. Khalida joined ICS Diagnostics from a compliance role at a London-based charity.
